Michelle Kennedy, former GC and deputy CEO of Badoo, now Co-Founder and CEO of Peanut App
Prior to setting up her own business, Michelle was the Deputy CEO of the European dating platform Badoo, which she joined as a Mergers and Acquisitions lawyer. After gradually acquiring other reporting lines in the business, she found herself at the top.
Peanut, an App designed to connect new or recent ‘likeminded’ mums, launched in the UK in early 2017, and, soon after, in the US.
Michelle regularly works with brands (from TRESemme to AMEX), and is frequently asked to speak on panels and at events, sharing her no-holds-barred experiences of being a CEO and Founder.
More recently Michelle was a judge at the WeWork Creator Awards, alongside Ashton Kutcher, Vanessa Kingori MBE, and Jonas Templestein.
