Jackson is the Chef Patron of Brunswick House Café in Vauxhall, Orasay in Notting Hill and St Leonards in Shoreditch.

He has written for the Guardian and The Financial Times, and is frequently asked to cook and host pop-ups for brands, gallery openings and album launches.

Jackson has an illustrious culinary heritage as the grandson of cookery writer Arabella and the son of Charlie, novelist and owner of Italo deli in Vauxhall. He is writing his first book, a collection of essays, to be published by 4th Estate in 2019.
