Sarel is a trained actor and in 2022 starred in the one-woman play, Funeral Flowers by Emma Dennis-Edwards, which appeared at venues across the UK, including the Nottingham Playhouse and the Liverpool Everyman. Sarel made her on-screen debut in December 2023 in the RomCom ‘Smothered’ - a Roughcut production for Sky TV.
Alongside acting, Sarel has found success as a presenter and hosted the 2023 BAFTA’s red carpet TikTok LIVE, the Eurovision 2023 Legend’s Stage in Liverpool and the Glamour Woman of the Year Awards red carpet.
Sarel is the co-host of the hit podcast ‘Closet Confessions’ with Candice Brathwaite which has amassed over 1 million downloads in it’s first year. . Closet Confessions hosted their first live event in June at the Soho Theatre and most recently at the Clapham Grand and will be going on tour in Spring 2024
